Terms of Service

Effective October 6, 2026

These terms apply to the Lynx Launch website and to the Lynx Launch review request service. Lynx Launch is referred to as "we" or "us". If you sign a separate client agreement with us, that agreement controls wherever it differs from these terms.

1. The service

Lynx Launch is a done-for-you service. We send your customers a text message on your behalf, with a personal thank-you photo and a link to your Google review page. We set up and run the service for you. It is not software you license.

2. Free trial

New clients can try the service free for 7 days, with free setup. During the trial we text up to 100 of your past customers. There's no obligation to continue after the trial.

3. Plans, billing and cancellation

• Starter: $99 per month or $990 per year, up to 50 customers texted per month.
• Growth: $170 per month or $1,700 per year, up to 100 customers texted per month.
• Pro: $250 per month or $2,500 per year, up to 400 customers texted per month.

Prices are in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes if any. Unused message volume does not carry over.

Monthly plans are billed monthly in advance and run month to month. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Yearly plans cost the same as 10 months of the monthly price (2 months free). They are billed once a year in advance and renew each year unless you cancel. You can cancel the renewal at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the year you've paid for, and yearly fees are not refunded.

4. Your responsibilities

When you give us a customer list, you confirm that:

• every person on it bought from or did business with you within the past two years;
• the names, phone numbers and service dates are accurate;
• you're allowed to share this information with us so we can contact these customers on your behalf;
• you've removed anyone who has asked you not to contact them; and
• you own, or have permission to use, any photos you give us.

5. Text message program

Messages are sent on your behalf to your customers. Each message names your business, gives contact information, links to your Google review page and includes "Reply STOP to opt out". Message frequency is generally one message per completed service. Message and data rates may apply. We honour opt-outs promptly, and always within the time Canadian anti-spam law (CASL) requires. We keep a do-not-text list across all clients.

6. Google review rules

We send the same request to every customer on your list. We will not filter out unhappy customers ("review gating"), offer or pass along incentives for reviews, or write, buy or post reviews. You agree not to ask us to do any of these things.

7. No guaranteed results

Whether to leave a review, and what it says, is up to each customer. We do not guarantee any number of reviews, star rating or search ranking.

8. Ownership and data

You own your customer data, your photos and your Google Business Profile. We use them only to provide the service. When the service ends, we stop sending and delete your customer data, as described in our Privacy Policy. The phone numbers and accounts we use to send messages belong to Lynx Launch and do not transfer to you.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

10. Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable costs from any claim that arises because information you gave us was inaccurate, or because you did not have the right to share it with us or to have us contact the people on your list.

11. Website

The content on this website is for general information and is provided "as is". Examples on the site, including sample messages, business names and review counts, are illustrations. Google is a trademark of Google LLC. Lynx Launch is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and of the province where Lynx Launch is registered.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version on this page with a new effective date. For active clients, changes to price or service take effect at the start of the next billing period after we tell you.
